First thanks for getting pics! Second yeah I don’t think any one but Porsche made any Rear engines AWD cars. Accept for maybe some odd ball old military vehicles.

FR - 944 turbo S, big turbo, yadda yadda

MR - Dino 246 GT

AWD - fuck it, I’ll say my 335xi but with the rest of my hypothetical mod list: Pure Stage 2 turbo, upgraded radiator & oil cooler, grabbier clutch, lightweight flywheel, big brakes and rear LSD. Then slap a bunch of pointless CF bits on it like a front lip to make it no longer DD’able year round in Wisconsin

4x4 - kitted out supercharged 2001-02 Mitsubishi Montero Limited

Front Mid rear - non-insane-camber VIP’d OG Infiniti M45 (hey, it’s on the FM platform)

Midship AWD - these are all either Lamborghinis or rally cars or the new NSX so I’ll take the new NSX

RR - Porsche 964 Turbo 3.6 - Bad Boys Bad Boys Whatchu gonna do?

Rear AWD - 959 like Bill Gates

The RS200 is a fine choice too, no worries :o)

I love the RS200; it’s my favorite of the Group B cars. But you used it, and I didn’t want to copy, and I didn’t want to use a Porsche or VW for the rear-engine cars, either.

The LFA is awesome as fuck, too.
